Wonderful

Location in Kuta is perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Pool was great.

Wifi was poor but good enough to receive messages etc.

Very Good

Clean room(enough for one or 2 nights), your own locker, very good location next to beach, friendly desk, food is good and you have a cocktail (3 shots vodka and choose with orange juice, redbull or 7up/cola etc.) for only 80k! Everything, including nice pool is zo cheap and worth it to stay! I paid only 5 euros for 1 night. Definitely recommend this place

The bathroom was a bit dirty and smelly. The water in the bath also doesn't go away so you have to take fast shower

great experience for a one night stay

hotel is smack in front of the beach which is awesome! the room is great, the bathroom is a little bit run down, lights in the bathroom is flickering. Cheap price so didn't expect much to be in prestin

didn't have time to roam in the beach as it was an overnight stay and early went to the airport

Good

In a very dynamic area of Kuta, a lot or restaurants and bars around the hotel. My room was on the fourth floor with a very beautiful view of the beach. I loved the view every morning. Staff is very friendly, I booked for one night in the beginning at it ended by staying one week since I loved the island and the perople.

The bar beside the hotel plays music the whole evening and it is very noisy, for people who are searching for quiet it might be not suitable

Be honest more with us plz

I like the reception at night that guy was really helpful , the breakfast was nice i like it . And the hotel near to the beach .

Actually it was good untill I decided to rent a car to go back to the airport coz those girls in the reception when i asked them to help booking a car they said i cant use uber or go car but when I arrived my friend was using that same time so my friend paied 16k while i paid 150k ... how can i trust those firls in this hotel anymore.

Basic accommodation for a bed to sleep in, fantastic staff, basic facilities.

Staff were the best part as they were always pleasant to deal with and always there to help no matter what. Nice spa with normal prices for massages etc. Rooms were clean and free of bugs, daily turndown service.

Only one thin pillow, no face cloths provided, had to pay for WiFi 40k per day, breakfast finishes too early at 10, bathrooms smelled and didn't feel clean, pool wasn't inviting.

Located on Poppies lane, shopping at your doorstep and across the road from Kuta beach.

Staff were amazing, Good location, Good size room with a decent sized bar size fridge. Decent amount of storage. Overlooked pool with a balcony.

No hairdryer Pool looked dirty, small pool looked stagnant. Pool bar not staffed. Bed bases had stains on them, looked unslightly.

The staff were absolutely lovely!

We stayed in an ocean view room on the 4th floor and it was terrible. The room was falling apart and the sheets were dirty. It was also nothing like the photos!

The last day changes the whole score from 10 to 0. You don't kick tourists out of the hotel

The location. Close to airport, right on the beachfront

My last day I was kicked out of the hotel room even though I requested a late checkout prior because I knew my flight was at 10pm on the day. It was unfair because I requested this way before time and I was willing to pay for it.

Cheap and for a reason! Will not return

Not much

The noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Kept up until early morning every night from bands and noise from lobby. The most uncomfortable beds and pillows I’ve ever used. You can feel every spring! The air conditioning is set to about 25 degrees at all times regardless of your remote setting. The only English Channel on the tv had the worst reception you could imagine unbearable to watch. The shower had absolutely no pressure

Wouldn't stay again

The staff were wonderful and its in a great location IF Kuta is your thing.

The room was literally falling apart, the AC didn't work particularly well and the sheets had stains on them.

The toilets were dirty, it smelled like urine, we informed the reception, but when we checked again, there wasn't any difference , they just left an air freshener in there. In addition to that, there was no WiFi, we had to pay for it separately. No room service either. Definitely not worth the money.
